About Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer focused on Mobile (iOS & Android) to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases and documentation for our mobile applications, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for native mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Collaborate closely with Dev and QA teams to define test strategies and scenarios.
- Ensure E2E coverage of test cases for UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Analyze test results, failures, troubleshoot issues, and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing test frameworks and processes.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to test planning and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QA automation for mobile applications.
- Experience with tools like Detox, Appium w/WebdriverIO, or Espresso & XCUITest.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Javascript/Typescript or Python.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience using version control systems like Git.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud device farms (e.g. BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Knowledge of performance, security, monitoring and accessibility testing tools.
- Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: 26,000 - 29,000 MXN net per month.
- Quarterly performance bonus

- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
